1. Services Provided

Spotless Legend offers the following professional services:

Auto Detailing

Carpet Cleaning (residential)

Solar Panel Cleaning

Concrete Cleaning

2. Client Responsibility for Shared Information

Spotless Legend is not responsible for any content, information, or materials shared by clients, including but not limited to personal addresses, car license plate numbers, or details regarding valuables.

Clients are solely responsible for securing their personal property, valuables, and sensitive information before any service is performed.

3. Safety and Care of Property

Spotless Legend performs services with the highest standards of safety and care to avoid damage to the client’s property.

Our team will only perform work that is considered safe and appropriate for the property or vehicle.

If conditions exist that could lead to potential risks or damage, Spotless Legend reserves the right to stop or modify the service.

4. Notification of Issues and Client Acknowledgment

If any problems, risks, or pre-existing conditions are identified before or during service, Spotless Legend will notify the client verbally.

Should the client choose to continue with the service despite being informed of such conditions, the client will be required to sign a written agreement acknowledging the issue and accepting responsibility.

5. Limitation of Liability

Spotless Legend is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to vehicles, carpets, solar panels, or concrete.

Loss of or damage to valuables not removed prior to service.

Any issues that arise after a client agrees in writing to proceed with a service despite prior warnings.

6. Payment and Scheduling

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking or service.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made in advance as per Spotless Legend’s cancellation policy.

7. Amendments

Spotless Legend reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling or using Spotless Legend’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
